Master Classes
The goal of our Master Class series is to provide up-close and personal experiences with nationally and internationally known performing artists. We accomplish this by hosting select artists from our Professional Performance Season who offer demonstrations of their work, plus time for questions and answers, to children and adults.
Music FUNdamentals is an assembly program that are part rock concert, part music class and all fun! San Diego music icons Eve Selis and Marc “Twang” Intravaia teach students fundamental music concepts like tempo, rhythm, and major/minor chords with an uplifting, positive message. These engaging and interactive programs are based on VAPA standards and many participating students are enrolled in Title 1 or Low Arts Equity schools.
