Conceived by San Diego’s own Cassie B and developed at UC San Diego, this production transcends traditional homage by weaving a narrative that resonates with both longtime Swifties and newcomers alike. 

Cassie B, renowned for her vibrant stage presence and vocal prowess, leads a talented live band through a repertoire of Swift’s most beloved hits, including “Shake It Off,” “Blank Space,” “Love Story,” and “You Belong With Me.” Rather than impersonating Swift, Cassie B offers a heartfelt interpretation that captures the spirit and emotion of the original songs, creating a connection that feels both personal and universal. 

The show’s design emphasizes audience engagement, encouraging attendees to sing along, dance, and fully immerse themselves in the performance. With interactive elements like bracelet-making and dance contests featured in select venues, “Dream Like Taylor” fosters a communal atmosphere that celebrates the joy and camaraderie found in live music experiences.
